So basically we have no idea when the online trading restriction will be lifted or when this stock will be listed as current???

Of course it has to do with BRAV, the ticker. The stock is restricted to online buy whether the "company" directly caused it or not. Did Etrade it was absolutely due to suspicious trading activity?
