Hmm, it's hard to tell from that first photo, but for sure 360 Espinosa has a few companies which own/operate/lease out the land surrounding 360 Espinosa. The greenhouses towards the top of the 1st link you sent is where the farm resides.
The open land towards the lower half of the photo matches with what I saw there - portions open to sun/weather, rest heavily locked down greenhouse areas with security gates all around. Lettuce and stuff that can grow outside.
It's impossible to get into without clearance because the security detail provides a very solid entry area buffer before you go inside. But a google satellite search from 360 espinosa is accurate, even if it currently states Rocket Farms
