I'd suggest taking a little piece, or more! Look at the chart.

VPLM works in a big way, or it doesn't. 1x is your downside, versus 25/50/100x upside. Previous run from this level was ~3500%.

VPLM has had some wins and some disappointments, much like Virnetx did(now, aapl owes them around $950mm), however VPLM is going after much higher $s/more infringers(aapl/goog/amzn/fb/t/vz).
