ARK is not addicted to PSTI. They used to have a 0.77% weight now at 0.55% +/-. bcs they(ARK NOT PSTI)) are up 30% three yrs in a row, money is flooding into them and they are allocating it to their picks. So the fact they are buying is correct, but they are underbuying PSTI vs their other picks. Its asset allocation pure and simple.
