None of the BLAs, US, UK, or Canada, are ready to be filed. The UK and Canada BLAs may be filed by the end of the year, per NP, but he’s usually overly optimistic on timelines.

PRs at any hour are NOT out of character for CYDY. On September 22nd, CYDY released a PR at 7:30pm EST. On September 10th, they released a PR at 3:50pm EST. And on July 29th, CYDY release a PR at 5:55pm EST.
