If you're asking me if they are diluting? Of course, zero doubts there.
The purpose of the dilution is key for me. 2-3 years ago it was to obtain hospitals. Now it has been clearly noted it was to get the chief common shares and likely others on the way down.
Chief can start converting in December. Unlike the utter lack of care for us as commons the Chief wont want a shares in a dead stock himself
