Lmfao oh no you didn’t! !!!!! Nice try. When one buys a house there is a deposit correct (but never close to 10%) then when the deal is closed it all happens “at once” and not “upfront”. Both the property and the monies (the homeowners down payment and balance from the bank) get transferred to a lawyer/the lawyers for the conveyance (read transfer) that happens simultaneously . Bwahahahahaha a house transaction with a deposit and an upfront payment . Too funny
