There's nothing to merge with for either side.

Neither is there any mystery why Yuen has loaned his name to this Microcrap scam. He wants to use PMCB as a cash ATM just like Austrianova did.

When Kenny ever decides to chit can the PC crap, he can pivot to the diabetes scam angle. Where Yuen licenses a stem cell process to PMCB for $5-10M. Maybe another $10M to create the resulting islet cells(?). Kenny sells a few billion more shares. Then another 5 yrs of pre-clinical testing. And by then all of the current competitors already yrs ahead, will be in the market with product. Then comes the magic moment - another IND placed on Hold. But Yuen won't care. He will have infused his private business with some PMCB cash.
