Agree with all your points. The only thing I would add is that I have confirmed that Currier & Co are still actively working on the design. Not sure why they would do that if the wheels were no long turning on the contemplated project.

You said it all. We have the contracts and customers otherwise you don’t need a terminal.

And float is a few million. But that will be grabbed up on the first days after the release.
