According to Revive's October 26 Press Release it was stated that they have "committed to ten clinical sites across Florida, Texas, Nevada, Arizona and California". Prior to today's update on clinicaltrials.gov the only sites listed were in Florida and Texas.

IMO, we will see more updates as Arizona and California are added to complete the "ten clinical sites".

Nevada site was added.
