Waiting to be seen, but the time frame is so close to where we stand and I cannot see with the team of folks they have and the current state of the company they will not get approved.

Do you know how much Nasdaq gets? Like 5m...So, I would say it's a no brainer even though the odds of otc uplisting are crazy low for any company.

yes i would say it is certain. the only thing standing in the way of approval is the minimum share price requirement. and that seems to be taking care of itself atm... and if not is easily solved.
