Very much possible, If company backs up with PR, we will see much higher like .05+. Why I think that company will speak : because they are diluting, they are still selling shares. It must be agreed with parties who are running shares. Otherwise why do you think this NO BID Ticker have started diluting? And why would runners group buy their dilution at .0004 and above?
Runner have find out a real company with tons of products and assets and this is all pre work before a major run. I haven't sold a single share in Run 1.0 and I am not going to sell anything in run 2.0 .
Probably after Run 3.0 this will be massive, multi penny stock.
