I thought the hearing to finalize the bk is Tuesday 11/24. Is that correct?

Tuesday is the chapter 11 confirmation hearing, if anyone has a chance to speak, we will need to object to the confirmation. JCPENNEY intentionally imposed urgency to evade legal scrutinies of their bankcrypcy proceeding. The reason for that is JCP Bankcrypcy violates bankcrypcy law. Jcpenney bankcrypcy was artificially manufactured to enrich first lien creditors and landlords.
