Not only me he has screwed over many of us on this LOFB spin off. I would think there must be legal aspects on this without the need to hire lawyers, there is documentation everywhere just need to organize and get some people to present the claims on would think. Has this "hiccup" actually tarnished the trading in the now current LOFB shares?
