YOU ARE MISSING THE POINT AND YES THE LEASERSHIP WAS PUT IN LAST YEAR BUT THIS NEW LEADERSHIP ONLY CAME IN FIXING PAPERWORK!!! THEY HAVE NOT WENT FORTH IN THE NEW MISSION..THAT IS WHY WE ARE HERE!!!!

WRONG! you don't flip a bankrupt business from nothing to something overnight. You have to work with all the invoice backlog, closing of books, internal restructuring if any + layoffs, Legal issues, All the paperwork. etc (I'm pretty sure you get the point) add the Pandemic (which slowed business down Bigtime) All of this then get you POR ready for court which is what $DGTW is doing. It's the right/proper steps if you ask me.

With this logic, you are pretty much saying when someone buys a house, they should have the keys the next day they put in the bid knowing 100% they qualify and have the liquid assets. Guess what, it can take 3-4 months, i have seen 6 even months to close escrow. So does the buyer of the house say the agent did "nothing"? Many MANY things are done behind the scenes.
