What do you do when verification is unavailable? Blindly trust a team who showed inability and/or unwillingness to pay their debts, and have since intentionally prevented any semblence of DD, while hiding behind a wall of PR and msg board promotion?

I've seen countless companies renegotiate convertibles, often the result being a 1-2 year moratorium on conversions - none of those companies intentionally hid from investors all meaningful financial data.

Because, why would they?
