Pretty funny aye. Can’t give an update on any uplisting but hey let’s spend $10 million to buy a telehealth platform (then pullout of the deal after shareholders unanimously agreed it was a terrible way to spend $10 million) and NOW let’s have vote to do a massive Reverse split when they already know Armen holds enough shares to vote in favor and override all shareholders. Just great.
