It was proposed, never voted approved due to legal reasons which we are not privy.

Perhaps they are leaving all avenues open for future merging, partnerships, etc.

Still don't understand why such a big deal.

Vanilla..You post a lot on this topic. It's really an irrelevant point to most investors. Even if it were true, there's a high probability that it was a simple typo error somewhere. There are bigger fish to fry with this biotech. If we get EUA, you won't care about silly job titles anymore.
