Here's the case in New York that was mentioned in the Auctos complaint. It was filed by EMA Financial and they sued because they could not get free trading stock for their note because they filed the Form 15 and also terminating the TA without their consent, screwing them out of 212,000 bucks. OPTI failed to responded and offered no defense. As has been what they did in the other 2 similar cases.
