Exactly, you got it. There are people on this board posting who are cert holders. The other day told me exactly what the .00 holders are doing, they want their money, because they know there is no deal, but I am sure they're will be a PR coming, to get the pump going, and on every pump their will be a huge dump, still dragging the carrot deep in the hole, until they are done or happy with their profits.
