Let's clear this up: a pink sheet does not require audited financials. Davis could have filed updated financials with footnotes (if he was missing any info from Lister) and keep the company current and not dark. All and I mean ALL he has PR'd or done is spend money to talk about Lister. Now, go back and read all the PR's from WRFX that included Davis. Davis even helped write the year-end newsletters. In them, they mention a million to billion-dollar encryption technology and a group out of Washington that built an API for that technology. Let's imagine for a minute that that was true. Where is it? Could it be possible it was worth significant money and Davis's plan was to get all shareholders angry at Listy ( despite Davis was partnered with him for 1.5 years before Listy left) and then move the assets and technology to his own private enterprise? I bet if we did an investigation and didn't just take Davis's "blame Brad" campaign PR's word for it, we would uncover who the real thief was. IMHO
