This judge has the power and authority to expose the debtors for the lying, blackmailing frauds they are, but she wont. She will rule for the swamprat debtors.
She could show a spine just to expose the fraud, but she wont. Sell now.

Unfortunately yes. The only party objecting is the AHEC who are billions out of the money. That is the fact before the judge.

She is not going to put this entire deal at risk because of one objecting party.

That’s just the harsh reality to equity.
