I seen on the news somewhere the FDA might be stepping in. By that I'm referring to the "advisory board" that determines EUA or advise for possible EUA. Remember it was this independent Data Monitoring Committee (DMC) that met on 11/4 and decided that the trial should continue. So, I suspect that would have been our "date" that they could have recommended EUA. So, let's hope the FDA puts them in check and let's them know who the BOSS is.
