The day prior to Seamus conversion date Rennova has a 10 million pmt due.

We have no way to pay it. The RS looks to have failed miserably to attract new investors.

So for any stock run to pay off 10 million from our current cap of approx 150k would mean a move of 150x or more and to hold...
