Wonder how that list you asked for is coming along?

The only negative I've been able to find is $58k in convertible debt.

Time will take for this to develop and the steps taken so far have shown they are putting effort toward a bigger goal.

5 things that I can see recently that they are looking toward the future:

1) Approved Share Reduction from 500mm to 250mm shares

2) Share exchange and retirement to the tune of 79,118,683 shares

3) Not seeking toxic debt to complete the initial acquisitions

4) JV partnership

5) Addition of board members/officers to help advise and gain business for USR and subsequently MKGP
