As for PLRP, the recent dilution may not affect the pps at all. Depends if they are dumping shares or not and how many shares they have to dump. That may be why it's not going anywhere.

She's always been congineal providing she wasn't provoked, a very fair minded person who just happens to proud of the fact that she's a woman, something I've never understood, lol!
