We do have the 10Q’s to get caught up first. We can’t close an acquisition deal while behind on financial filings. This is part of the reason we were grateful to get Dave in. Previous team was not moving forward so we needed him to jump in and take over. Just go look at all the 8k’s Meso issued at the end of last year. There’s been a lot of work to do.



We think we can get all these Q’s and then the 2020 10K done much quicker now. We know everyone would love to see that happen sooner rather than later. We’re going to keep the pedal to the metal, so let’s see what happens.
