Pre IPO there are about 70 million shares, and they are going to raise 100 million in the public offering. No price range has been set, but for the purpose of trying to answer your question, assume 10 million shares at $10 would make a total OS of about 80 million, which would make TRTC about a 2.5% owner of HYFM.
