The same guy that signed a JV with MarMar and believed all their lies about the "best equipment", the "best personnel", and "self-funded". And then let them run a gold mine with very little oversight for a year, with disastrous results. And all the while.....secretly funded them behind the scenes. And lied about it to investors.
