Well, then you have to depend on the few funds that are a collection of Microcrap stocks. Very few of those around.
But it changes nothing per the MMs. MMs do not hold positions in Microcrap stocks. They pick up their share of the commission on each side of the trade, when possible, and are happy. If they receive a Market order, they might be able to pick off a fraction of a penny/shr. But that's it. There is no MM conspiracy to keep a Microcrap stock from going up or down.
