Its not me I would never go that low as it will never get filled... the math tells us that after the RS and the Split price was set at .40 that would almost be a 50% loss... no one would take that when this is not even generating 40,000 shares traded in a whole week... thats just someone who is trying to lure people to put in a bid of 30 to 40 cents to grab shares at the after split cost and lower their already very high average price per share..
I also sent an email to the address on OTC and asked them if they were interested in doing any private placement transactions... I did this two weeks ago and never got a reply back.
