Reverse split would be ridiculous. A capital raise at a higher PPS more logical. With the low float here a capital raise selling 20 million shares in the dollars range wouldn't do damage. If anything it would eliminate doubt from an investor's standpoint ensuring CNBX remain a "going concern".
