Dilution post split is the worst scenario...if it comes, wont be inmediately...Let me tell you Coach that you should not have sold on these levels...for whatever is worth


I am assuming that the RS is for Vrus interest to attract better kind of investors, or probably is a condition of any merger, among other things...
