Navy, what I want to know in the ACG Timeline is the June 30th, 2023, equity offering deadline. Then conservatorship exit could theoretically be finalized on that date.

I think the the June 30th, 2023, date could shift to the right a full year to allow for more time to raise capital as I think June 30th, 2023, is an ACG arbitrary timeline.

Notice that per ACG, Calabria's term ends same time as Consent Decree ends.

Hopefully that means all this BS ends.
