Did he say whether it will happen soon or imminently?

Nearly says "funding has absolutely not fallen through..."?

As a sobering reminder, "funding" comes in many forms. We recently suffered through the toxic and sadly devaluing consequence of the most recent "funding".

Should we cheer for more of that? Available evidence most definitely does not suggest that more favorable "funding" terms are realistic for this company.

Nearly says what??

Lots of things have been said by management over the years. Folks who have been around awhile might remember Eves assuring shareholders in 2012, after dilution to the brink, that no further dilution would be necessary.

That was right before he dumped his shares and announced the need for a reverse split and a more than tripling of the share count. That kind of dilution, by the way, is the kind of "funding" every 10Q since then has reminded us could happen again.

James I have been through this before trusting management's words and not paying attention to their actions or lack thereof is a very dangerous path to follow.
