Can Commons even hit $5? $100B Capital Raise is a big lift and will be extremely dilutive to existing Commons.

I might have to lower my final outcome of Commons from $4-6 to $3-5.

Commons probably need a Reverse Split to get above $5 now.

Holden, they aren’t doing an SPO for years to come. FnF asked for 5 years. They got basically 4yrs with an FHFA agency option for more years.

They can easily hit the 2.5% retained earnings on their own. How quickly does management raise? They asked for 5 years. They basically got the long time horizon.

How does that happen?

1) Give back of the over-paid $25B over 10%
2) G-fee of +10 or 20 BPS
3) Conversion of current JPS for ~3 shares (i.e. $25 for $8 common)
4) New JPS at what 3 or 4% - but they better make them cumulative!

I think we'll see $4 very soon.
