At this point I think the only thing that can be counted on is that there is a custodianship. Zhang has been silent as he should and frankly I think all the rest including his "supposed" confirmation that there is an EV interest in the reverse merger. Would not bet on anything until Zhang starts making moves, everything else is hype IMO.
