But the R/S ratio will be determined by the current sp, which I hope will be at least a little higher before they have to finalize the split.

What could possibly elevate the sp?

One example: If they issue the S1-A in a timely fashion, that might just generate a little more confidence that they are serious about moving forward and upward.

Even if the sp is .15 instead of .08 that would make the R/S a bit less threatening, IMO.
