Melissa, you need to step down ASAP... for the sake of those in the company holding shares and who have trusted in your leadership, only to have a major blow like these earnings, you have proven you are not qualified for the position of CEO.

You were a corporate secretary at ABMC for years and somehow when they needed a CEO, everyone else took one step back in line and you were left at the front of the line to take the job.
