"Correct Swiss, they were in 5B in first and I think even in 2nd version of the POR. They were moved to 10B in 3rd version of the POR which was confirmed on Dec 6th 2011."

On what grounds was there a Class change?
Were the CT's the only Class to suffer a downgrade? Why?
