Hi Pro, I have contacted Mr. Berry regarding the corporate actions. I would like to know what I am voting on does this mean finally we are getting our merger I would presume we are voting on the business combination. Thanks

I contacted Mr. Berry as well. I thought this pertained to the old company (ie. prior to dissolution), but perhaps I'm mistaken.

Thanks Prolife, i have emailed the email address suggested. I figuerd it was something related to the last Syngergy update. Happy that we are finally getting involved to get this merger ready for the green light. :)
