There’s a pandemic killing hundreds of thousands of people and apparently the granting agency refused to accept such absolutely, mind-blowingly crucial data because it became available one week too late?!?! Unbelievable!!!

I'm not sure how the grant application process flow/procedure designed/laid out for an unsuccessful/denied applications.

We know the REASON: REJECTED FOR LIMITED DATA etc...I'm assuming this should be on their file?

Does the process allows to send an ADDENDUM with additional information? Unless the process requires to start over from step-1?

I hope our international CT is not setup in Madagascar. IF SO, it's bout time to contact King Julien XIII? ;)
