Welcome to the board, glad you're here!

I'm not to savvy with all the legal stuff, but: There is a telephonic status conference that is scheduled for November 30, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. The hearing is scheduled to be on December 3, 2020 a 10:00 a.m. Deadline for submitting the POR (Plan of Reorganization) is Dec. 07 and my guess is it will be presented on the 3rd. There is some element of risk (judge not signing off on the POR) but MOST of us on the board feel that it WILL be approved. I think there is a new direction the company wants to go and/or a large infusion of cash from an investor to pay off the company debt and support future growth.

Here's the teleconference agenda directly from PACER, docket #21. They'll be discussing the motions from the court appointed US Trustee to rescind the company's sub chapter V election and to move the bankruptcy to Chapter 7 for liquidation of the company. The Trustee found the company was completely dead, no business operations whatsoever, and there's nothing to re-organize:
