This is an interesting comment.

With major investors among the buyers the last few months they have already made a major investment in this project.

Quite honestly it only further reinforces my opinion that non public info is available to some investors and trading has occurred based on that info.

Also, IMO, I believe there is a deal brewing that's been agreed upon as noted by the CEO's shareholder message. At the same time though, I expect the "deal" to be much less valuable to ECSL investors when the actual details come to light.

$48 billion PFJ ring a bell ?

Yes the deal is MORE valuable to ECSL investors than most imagine.
