Why would eltp need cash on hand for a merger? wouldn’t we be merging with a bigger company? (or better yet, being acquired).

Over 7 long years Nasrat has been chirping the same “Nasdaq”/ “DollarLand” BS and we are no closer now than we were when he started, over 7 long years ago ............
