yes they will be a compettitor of telsa
Ccac I couldn't find who they were actually meerging with. Seems several of these battery companies are looking to get public. They need money to develope a new battery. In the mean time there is a big need for charging stations. I doubt Telsa will get that million mile battery for some time. When you read what some of these batterry firms are doing it looks like at least 5 years for a few of them.
We will never run out of a need for petroleum, maybe not for fuel but so much of what we use is maded from it. I'm not sure corn and soybeans can substitute. I'm watching for oil plays too so watching price of crude.
Wind turbines have huge repair costs. Those blades are not recyclable They bury them in 3 states I can oly remebr 2 WY and IA. The solar panels also have limits. Theere will be a need before long for new energy power plansts They may have to revert to nuclear. China is still building coal plants.
With so many vehical manufacture gearing up for elec there will be a drain on existing elec power providers. WInd and solar won't be able to provide all. WInd must be over 8 mph and better at 12. ours today dropped to 3 yesteday 15-20. Iff its to fast they also shut down turbines. THCB hs got to hurry and get a signed merge agreement. Thier cpas and lawyers have to work overtime there is less than 30 days for completion.
