WRONG I put 78k share up for sale at the same time both Fidelity and TD. The trade was at .30 I put into sell .28 TD went through immediately. It pretty much only dipped to .28 for those and went back to .30 when they went through. Fidelity NONE went through. But I was selling below the ask.
It's really very simple if you can't buy PRED in Fidelity who will you sell to?
