You're welcome. Don't know why the company waited until the 16th to file the NT 10-Q asking for the five-day extension. The 10-Q was due on the 14th, which is 45 calendar days following the end of the third quarter on September 30th. But as I see it, the 10-Q is still due by the end of the fifth calendar day following the 14th, which would be the 19th (Thursday). I don't think they get an extra two days simply because they were two days late requesting the extension. But maybe there is a different rule since the 14th was on a Saturday this year. We'll see.
