Rather see him get going on some of the ones he already has. Several that he got back in June/July still need filings to get current. HRAA, GOFF, EGOC just off the top of my head plus FTGI who he got the custodianship terminated on but is still delinquent. Those and others need motions on their dockets to get things moving. ANAS for example is current and had motions for Declaratory Relief and to bar claims granted in Lazar's favor a month ago yet no motion to terminate has been filed.
