the JV is a done deal and contracts are lined up. the contract(s) potential and companies committed to sign have moved this JV along at a good pace.

you are putting the cart before the horse. why would you think all hell is falling apart? He's doing buisness with the chinese and tends to go to China alot. They like to do buisness face to face. it's real imortant to them. it COULD meean a jv signing or some other matter such as a better understanding about who knows what. jmo
